Civil Law Costs Matters
| Drafting Bills of Costs, estimates and/or statements of costs, *points of dispute and schedules of replies | £100.00 per hour |
| Attending detailed assessment or other costs hearings | Grade C fee earner rate |
| Costs negotiations | 5% of profit costs agreed (in addition to any prior fees) |

| Between £20,000 and £40,000 | 4.5% of the total Bill amount |
| Between £40,000 and £60,000 | 4% of the total Bill amount |
| Between £60,000 and £80,000 | 3.5% of the total Bill amount |
| Over £80,000 | 3% of the total Bill amount |
Family Law Costs Matters
| Drafting Bills of Costs, Legal Aid Claim forms, estimates of costs, points of dispute and schedules of replies | 7% of profit costs claimed (minimum fee: £45.00 plus VAT) |
| Attending detailed assessment or other costs hearings | Grade C fee earner rate |
