Lindsey and team are adept at preparing professional Bills ensuring that every item of cost is claimed even if the work is partially unrecorded.
Notwithstanding the substantial number of years combined experience our family law team has in handling public funded cases, we now specialise in private client work.
However, our vast amount of collective experience enables us to ensure that all Bills are thorough and exhaustive.
Each member of our family law team is either legally qualified and/or has been employed within a solicitors firm handling substantive family matters or employed to deal with family law costs. This collective and individual background enables each member of our drafting team to estimate time where necessary.
