Charges

Civil Law costs matters:

Drafting Bills of Costs, estimates and/or statements of costs, points of dispute and schedules of replies		£85.00 per hour
Attending detailed assessment or other costs hearings		Grade C fee earner rate
Costs negotiations		5% of profit costs agreed (in addition to any prior fees)

Family Law costs matters:

Drafting Bills of Costs, Legal Aid Claim forms, estimates of costs, points of dispute and schedules of replies		6% of profit costs claimed (minimum fee: £30.00)
Attending detailed assessment or other costs hearings		Grade C fee earner rate
